Vincent Couche 'Elegance' Extra-Brut NV

Deep notes of blackcurrant along with yellow and white stone fruits. Lightly oxidative, yet fresh with bright acidity and a long finish.

Made from 84% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay from the communes of Buxeuil (Kimmeridgian soil/marly clay-limestone) and Montgueux (chalk and flint soil). The wine is vinified with indigenous yeast with 21% of the wine vinified in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is also allowed.

The wine is unfiltered and sulphur free.
