Perlage Col di Manza Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG 2021

This Prosecco is a wonderful pale straw yellow in colour with green reflections. On the nose there are aromas of wildflowers, ripe golden apple and peach.

This wine is produced from Glera grown 250m above sea level on a hillside with southern exposure. The vines are an average of 15-20 years old. The grapes are then hand-picked and vinified in the traditional Prosecco Martinotti (Charmat) method. The resulting wine is 11.5% alcohol with 16g/L residual sugar, classifying it as extra dry coupled with vibrant acidity still makes the wine a ever so slightly sweet, complex and yet still dry style of Prosecco.
A perfect pairing for seafood soups, fresh cheese, vegetable quiche and traditional biscuits and pies.

They are organic since 1985 and are also biodynamic and vegan, but above all their goal is to be sustainable. Sustainability is a constant from the vineyard to the tasting, from the production to sales from the cellar.
