Nomads Garden Prosecco 2023
Nomads Garden's first foray into the world of Prosecco; and it sure is amazing. Given their vineyard lies amongst the home of Australian Prosecco, the King Valley region, it was only a matter of time before this wine would come to life.
As with all our their wines, this Prosecco is sourced from a single vineyard and fermented using only the naturally occurring wild yeast indigenous to the Milawa Vineyard.
This is a great display of the King Valley region, showcasing fresh, juicy and zesty fruit. Everything you would want in a Prosecco!
Vegan friendly.
Nomads Garden is an experimental wine label born out of the pristine landscape and viticultural diversity of our home in the Alpine mountains of North East Victoria. All their wines are single-vineyard and handmade with low intervention in the winery, this means they:
- Only use the naturally occurring wild yeast indigenous to the vineyard of origin.
- Never add acid to the wines.
- Minimal fining agents are added to the wines. (only the the natural clay product bentonite is used to stabilise white wines)
Instead they let the brilliant fruit we have access to from the five distinct recognised wine regions (King Valley, Alpine Valleys, Beechworth, Rutherglen & Glenrowan) that make up North East Victoria shine through. These are wines that naturally reflect the year the grapes were grown and the beguiling land of which they were grown.
