Densely planted vines produce fruit of intensity and concentration, but Timo’s light hand in the winery keeps things lithe and fragrant. It’s all wild berries, spice and forest floor, with the kind of tannin structure that whispers rather than shouts. A cerebral, site-driven Pinot with serious ageing potential.
