Timo Mayer made quite a name for himself in the Yarra Valley in Victoria, where he started his own winemaking in the 2000s. Since then, he became known for his distinctive and unique wines, full of character and personality, with a strong emphasis on terroir.

Produced from the oldest of the Bloody Hill vines, all close planted. This Pinot Noir is Mayer's most intense and terroir driven wine, and dare we say Burgundian?
