Kreglinger Brut de Blancs 2017

Lemon curd, green apple, sea spray and toasted brioche. Bright, linear, with a creamy texture and long, mouthwatering finish.

This single-vintage Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from hand-picked Chardonnay grown in Northern Tasmania. The base wine was fermented in stainless steel and then bottled for secondary fermentation using the traditional method. It spent five years ageing on lees to develop texture and complexity, and was disgorged with zero dosage.
