A wonderfully elegant and refined Blanc de Blancs, Idée Fixe Premier Brut is crafted from house-grown Chardonnay, handpicked from a specialty vineyard in Karridale. Calcareous soils, persistent cloud and biting cold winds from the Southern Ocean are favoured by our unique clones of Chardonnay.

Idée Fixe is a exciting new sparkling wine label by legendary Margaret River producer Vasse Felix. Their heritage provides an intimate understanding of Chardonnay growing and winemaking, translating to a stunning example of a Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine.
