Montée de Tonnerre is one of Chablis' most famous vineyards, South-West oriented and is merely separated from the Grand Cru Les Blanchots by a narrow ravine. This is one of the most spectacular Premier Crus of Chablis, and numerous fossilized outcrops can be found on this climat.

Famous for a subtle mix of finesse and intensity, this wine’s beauty is revealed by a long ageing in French oak foudre, making it outstandingly elegant. These wines are famous for being mineral and intense, with nutty, honeyed characters emerging with age.
