Pithon-Paille Grololo Blanc 2021

Domaine Pithon-Paille was founded in 1978 in by Jo Pithon in Anjou, Loire Valley. At the time he distinguished himself as one of the most innovative winemakers of the region by focusing on the production of dryer white wines, giving preference to organic farming and using indigenous yeasts without the addition of acid or sugar. This resulted in some of the freshest and most soulful wines in France.

This same ethos is carried on to this day with the Domaine producing wines such as the Grololo Blanc, a wonderful and refreshing blend of three iconic varietals in the Loire Valley.
