Tasting Notes

The wine is ethereally clear and light in colour. On the nose there are notes of grapefruit, white flowers, yellow apple, lemon, lime and citrus rind. On the palate the wine has ultra bright, mouth-watering acidity coupled with a saline, almost nutty finish.
