High-quality Pinot Noir fruit delivers aromas of rose petal, baked red apple, brioche and spice which leads beautifully into a creamy mousse and bright citrus finish thanks to cool-climate Chardonnay.

Handpicked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is pressed and vinified in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrancy, after which the wine is tiraged and stored for 36 months on its lees at a consistent 14C prior to hand disgorgement.

Deviation Road produces exciting cool climate wines from mature, high-altitude vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Owners Hamish and Kate Laurie continue a five generation winemaking tradition with a fiery passion to create premium bottle fermented and aged Australian sparkling wines that can genuinely cellar, their signature style is restrained, elegant and balanced. All of their wines are hand-crafted using traditional wine making techniques and are vegan friendly.
