Notes of green apple, oyster shells, preserved lemon and roasted almond. The wine is crisp and fresh on the palate thanks to vibrant and lively cool-climate acidity. This is coupled beautifully with a beautifully velvety creamy texture, and an ultra-fine bead.

100% Chardonnay from high-altitude Adelaide Hills sites and vinified in stainless-steel tanks. The cuvée is allowed to undergo full malolactic fermentation to add a softness and creaminess. It then spends 7 years ageing on lees prior to disgorgement.
