Upon tasting, the wine reveals its lively personality with a burst of fresh raspberry and cranberry flavors. Its silky texture and gentle tannins make it exceptionally approachable.

The harvested Gamay grapes undergo a whole-cluster maceration, a traditional Beaujolais winemaking technique that enhances the wine's aromatic complexity and fruitiness. The fermentation process is carried out using indigenous yeasts, allowing the wine to express its unique terroir and varietal characteristics.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and neutral oak barrels. This approach preserves the wine's vibrant fruit flavors while adding subtle depth and structure. The gentle oak aging complements the wine's natural fruitiness without overpowering it, resulting in a balanced and harmonious final product.
