Billecart-Salmon Rendez-Vous N°3 Pinot Meunier Extra-Brut NV

A floral aroma (lime and grasses) combined with summery scents of freshly-cut wheat fields, crisp
fruit and juicy citrus. On the palate, the wine gives a textured mouthfeel of blossoms then into deeply delicious, fruity notes (white cherry, pineapple and yellow plums). A long finish with notes of white pepper
with a pleasantly saline tartness.

100% Pinot Meunier from the villages of Leuvrigny, Festigny and Venteuil, with a 2015 base vintage with 30% of reserve wines from 2013. The wine is vinified in stainless-steel tanks, and spends 64 months ageing on lees prior to disgorgement.

Based in the town of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon is one of the most renowned and highly regarded Champagne houses today. It all started in 1818 when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon were married, marking the creation of their Champagne house. Since then there has been over 7 generations dedicated to bringing exceptional cuvées to the world, and the house remains family owned to this day.
