Pique Season 2 Piquette

Naturally fermented in filtered rain water with no added sugar, it’s mostly composed of 7 varieties of fresh and gently pressed grape marc, Chardonnay, Marsanne, Roussanne, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, PInot Noir & Syrah, of which approximately 50% is organic. A balance of these marcs is important in adding acidity and freshness.

The fruit is sourced from select vineyards in the Grampians, Yarra Valley, Swan Hill and the Pyrenees.

After blending, minimal SO2 is added to protect the piquette. It is then filtered and carbonated for that final all good mouthfeel.
